Audiobooks are Coming Soon!

I’m a bit behind, but it’s for a good reason. I’m getting back into audiobooks, but I’ll be making them myself. Some will be done with my college-aged son who, as it turns out, loves narrating and is good at editing audio files. I made a long post about it on my other blog, so I won’t repeat all of it here.

What I will say is that this is a labor of love, and I’m doing it primarily for enjoyment. In addition to uploading it on places like Barnes & Noble, Kobo, Apple, Google Play, Scribd, and other places Findaway Voices sends audiobooks to, I’ll be posting the books (a chapter at a time) on Rumble, Bitchute, and You Tube. I’ll keep you posted over here on my progress.

If anyone enjoys spooky short stories like the kind told around the campfire, every Friday during October, I’m posting a new story I did with my son. You can find them Rumble, Bitchute, and You Tube. In November, I start posting romances. Meant To Be will go first.

Interview for a Wife came out September 25

I’m finally on the last chapter of The Cursed Earl!

Marriage by Necessity Series:

A Perilous Marriage new cover 4  The Cursed Earl MBN Book 2  Heiress of Misfortune MBN 3

It feels like I was never going to finish this book, but I’m finally at the end. To be honest, I’m relieved. I was beginning to worry I’d lost all momentum due to the hectic summer and then not feeling well for a month. God is good. 🙂

The hero no longer believes he is cursed, so he can embrace hope and fully enjoy being with the heroine. I’m currently hinting at a couple of books I want to write in the future sometime. One is the hero’s friend who is even more superstitious than he is. I plan to write his book in the next Regency series. I also thought it’d be fun to hint that Lord Roderick’s oldest son (who is 12 at this time in the Regency timeline) and Mr. Christopher Robinson’s oldest daughter (who is 9 at this time in the Regency timeline) will one day fall in love and get married. This terrifies both Lord Roderick and Christopher Robinson. (If you remember way back in the Marriage by Scandal Series, these two don’t care for each other, so the thought they might one day be connected through their kids marrying is something I find hilarious. I have a weird sense of humor.)

Jeremiah is now committed to marrying Katie

Wyoming Series:

TheOutlawBrideFinalEbookCover  TheRanchersBrideFinal3  TheFugitivesBride2  The Loner's Bride ebook cover

I won’t spoil how this came about, but now that he’s committed to it, I can’t wait to find out what happens next. I’m hoping the sparks will finally fly. 😀

I’m currently at 47,000 words. I’m not sure how much longer this will be, but my estimate is that it will be between 55,000 to 60,000 words. The end shouldn’t be too far off now.

Daisy trapped Alex and Erin into marriage

Husbands for the Larson Sisters Series:

Nelly's Mail Order Husband for website  Perfectly Matched Ebook smaller  Suitable for Marriage Book 3 Ebook-smaller one more to come

Neither Alex nor Erin expected Daisy to do it, but Daisy did it for the cause of true love. I was wondering how I was going to get these two together, so it was good Daisy was around to use. 😉 Now things are finally good. I’m not exactly sure how things will play out, but it’ll be exciting to find out.

I’m also at 47,000 words in this one, and I also think this will be between 55,000 to 60,000 words when all is said and done.

I hope everyone has a great October!

  1. Didn’t September 25th pass already?

A book with Roderick’s and Christopher’s children in love.. oh my, now that is one book I would gladly read. You know how I love Christopher.

    • I’m excited to hear you love Christopher and the idea for a romance between his and Roderick’s children. At this time in the timeline, Roderick’s oldest son is 12 and Christopher’s oldest daughter is 9. I’m keeping them in mind as I go through other stories. 😀

      • bunnymuggs says:

So Christopher and Agatha are still together and in love. Did you give them just the one daughter? Ethan and Toby are another of my fav characters.

      • I’m sorry I didn’t get back to you sooner! I flagged the message in my inbox, and I thought I had cleared them out, but I hadn’t.

Christopher and Agatha are very much in love. I gave them two daughters, Alexandria and Moriah. Agatha has finally published a book, but she spends less time writing for the Tittletattle because she’s busy working on her next book and has the children. I wrote The Cursed Earl to give updates on Christopher’s family and Ethan’s family. Ethan and Catherine have four children (two boys and two girls). They are Audrey, Julian, Hector, and Ella. I wasn’t able to bring it up in The Cursed Earl, but Catherine’s father now approves of him, and they have a pretty good relationship. So Ethan’s nightmares of being hauled off for fencing are finally over. 😀 Unfortunately, I didn’t get around to doing any update with Toby, but he and Regina have three boys (Samuel, Charles, and Ralph). Quite frankly, I don’t think he ever got used to how much Regina’s mother gossips, though they maintain a cordial enough relationship.

When I’m done writing each book, I list out the children each couple has so I can refer to them in the future in case I ever write the kids’ romances. I need to pair them up according to age and keep the timelines straight. 😀
